I put it there because it is literally the first and last thing I look at every day and night. HOWEVER, I never look at it. It has become like a banner ad at your favourite website. It’s like going noise blind to a scent. I have become blind to it because looking at it and feeling something. 1:39 How do they help you reach your goals and dreams? Looking at images on your #VisionBoard forces you to hold your attention on a particular image you have chosen to ignite THE EMOTION that represents the achievement of that particular goal. 6:35 what is value tagging? Your vision board should also contain images that reminds you of what you have already attained because it activates the gratitude network, things you already have. It should also contain on the people that you love and feed you. Whatever you pay attention to, your brain will focus on it. It activates the imagination network. 14:26 “Am I worthy of the dream life I want?” “Is the dream life I want worthy of my life?” Why not create the dream life first and then become person worthy of that dream life…? 23:10 when we get clear on what we want mentally , and we get engaged emotionally and we take inspired action …everything in the universe becomes and is energy, would you agree when energy is in resonance it is in coherence and harmony?
